At Kachina, brunch is the most important part of the weekend—where a Mimosa or Bloody Mary paired with a Southwestern-style breakfast starts your weekend off right. It also provides the right fuel for a productive week ahead. Kachina doesn’t offer an uninteresting Mimosa or pre-mixed Bloody Mary, however; those recipes would never have allowed Kachina to be awarded 2017-2018 Best Brunch – Fan Favorite by 303 Magazine.
When joining us for brunch, patrons have the opportunity to enjoy their meal exactly as they desire it. We offer four Agua Frescas that highlight our fresh flavors, with a choice of prickly pear, watermelon, mango, or blueberry to tickle your palate. If spicy is what the diner seeks, the Kachina Bloody Mary with house-made, smoky tomato mix will satiate. Choices including a dry or chili-salted glass rim, and Tequila or Vodka will be the most taxing part of your morning. Next come the over-the-top condiments that, with a little customization, will make a morning cocktail just right. Not to mention our interactive Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar is bottomless for only $15, and of course the option to try both bars are available.
Pairing a cocktail with a fan favorite brunch entrée is the perfect path to palate pleasure. The Pioneer’s Breakfast, a Southwestern take on a classic breakfast plate is an ideal pairing plate in which our trademark Navajo Fry Bread is exquisitely incorporated. Leaning spicy? Then Huevos Rancheros is a must. The authentic complexity and flavors are the ideal way to start a weekend culinary adventure—you bring your palate and we’ll bring the excitement. We look forward to seeing you for brunch.
