Lechon Asado Holiday Dinner
‘Tis the season for Lechon Asado — for those wanting to learn Kachina’s lingo a bit more, it means Roasted Pork. Executive Chef Denis Zvekic will be preparing a holiday plate based around the Lechon Asado.
Join us Christmas Day and enjoy this festive special from 11am to 7:30pm. The plate will showcase a variety of slow-roasted pork ranging from ribs, loin, and to a delicately brined chile-tequila pulled pork. Our signature Navajo frybread and taco toppings will accompany the plate for you to make a taco of your liking. The taco toppings include pickled onions, Manchego, avocado, and spicy salsa verde.
While enjoying this roasted feast, sip on a Smoked Old Fashioned which will complement the Lechon Asado perfectly. The cocktail is comprised of bourbon, Del Maguey Vida mezcal, house-spiced simple syrup, mole bitters, lemon, and star anise; this will have you set up for success by the time dessert comes to the table.
Complementing the slow-roasted pork flavors, and the smoky aroma from the Smoked Old Fashioned, our Mexican Chocolate Pecan Pie is a perfect way to end this festive meal.
